โPositions are based in the following states in India:
1. Karnataka
2. Tamil Nadu
3. Telangana
4. Maharashtra
5. Uttar Pradesh
Candidates should relocate to above states before joining date, However you will continue to work from home even after relocating to above mentioned states (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharastra, Uttar Pradesh
Note- Home Environment should be free From Noise and suitable for work .
โญ Contractual role for 5 to 7 months

๐ฐSalary- 4,61,000/- Per Annum
๐Language: Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

โญ Roles & Responsibility-
โข Act as a First point of contact with customers for leave, disability, and accommodation related questions.
โขTake ownership of the employes ,make sure that each contacs is acceptable and resolve the issues with a high degree of customer focus.
โขResolve customer queries by referring to documents such as frequently asked questions and SOP's .
โขBuild up the customer trust through empathetic personalized communication.
โข Receive queries via phone and log contacts into the shared service case management system
โขWork closely with partner teams to keep up to date on process changes for any query resolution, partner for quick resolution of cross-functional issues, and consult to improve processes
โข Have the flexibility to work a variable shift between 5:00 PM IST- 8:30 AM IST Sundays to Saturdays, subject to business needs.
โญSkills Requirements-
โขHave the ability using Microsoft Office skills and other computer or internet based programs.
โขDemonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries and resolutions.
โขExcellent ability to manage customer contacts .
โขProven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads in environment.
โขProven ability to follow existing process with high attention to detail.
โขProficient in English language, both verbal and written.
