•Customer Support: Outbound Calling job/Email Process to handle Their queries.

•Customer Query and Complaints Resolutions in minimum time & maintain a high level of customer-focus to achieve customer happiness .

•Ability to deal with Shifting priorities as per work and high workload pressure .

•Serve as a point of contact for customer and internal escalations.

•Candidate should have Excellent written and verbal communication Skills

•Strong Customer service skills

•He/She Must be very confident and presentable 

•Should have excellent customer convincing and problem solving Skills

•Team-Oriented, Self-Motivated and Performance Oriented.

•Ability to read, write & communicate in English or other language (Hindi) required.
