•Respond the  professionally to incoming customers queries in person, by telephone, or by email , chat.

•Maintain the decorum with updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.

•Record the data in database of customer interactions whenever required, merge documents and forward the information to interested parties

•Explain solution in simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.

•Recommend new Jio products or services or make suggestions to them for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits

•Assist your clients by the demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have

Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities.

•Candidate must be from a non-metro city only.

•Candidate must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

•BPO experience will be an added advantage.

•Candidate must be fully vaccinated.
