👷Job Position:- Customer Care Senior Representative.

🌍Shift Timing:- 8-9 hours. 

💰Salary:- 3-5/- L.P.A. (Expected).

⭕Shift- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30 pm to 3:30 am IST.

•Responsible for the connecting with our client's business partner in United States, typically insurance companies, to collect excellent Accounts Receivables.

•Replies  to the  customer requests by phone and/or in writing / Chat form to ensure customer satisfaction and to assure that service standards are met.

•Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance 

•Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guideline and can take help from collegues in company or seniors.

•Performing routine research on customer inquiries.

•Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry .

⭕Skills:-

•Good communication and analytical skills.

•Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance Accounts Receivable knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials.

•Maintaining patient confidentiality.

•proficiency with written English and with accent.

•Strong attention to detail.
