✳️✳️JOB DESCRIPTION ✳️✳️

•Customer Support  will be responsible for  handling of inbound and outbound calls  and  related customer enquires from the customer end. share solution and information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. via call support.

• Provides service to Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues.

• Meet positive team environment and proactively take help with the team members with difficult contacts as needed.

• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.

⭕Pre Requisite-

•Must be an Indian Citizen & resident and should be 19 years of age.

•The candidate should be good in English and Hindi.

•Day Shifts

 5.5 days Working with 1 rotational & 1 alternative week-off.

⭕Desired Skills-

1. Should have Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

2. Handling Inbound/Outbound calls / Email and Chat (Domestic process)
