1:- Manage all accounting transactions.
2:- Publish financial statements in time.
3:- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
4:- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
5:- Ensure timely bank payments.
6:- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
7:- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
8:- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
9:- Audit financial transactions and documents.
10:- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
⭕Job requirements/skills & responsibilities of SERVICE DESK:-
1:- Ensuring correct use of applications, networks and equipment.
2:- Testing and updating existing software.
3:- Escalating advanced IT support cases.
4:- Maintaining IT documentation including network and user details.
5:- Documenting records of actions taken.
6:- Fixing hardware issues including replacing equipment and peripherals such as computers, terminals and routers.
7:- Ensuring computer network’s optimal performance.
8:- Working in a call center (where applicable).
9:- Analysing issues and determining correct software or hardware solutions.
