•You Have to resolve the customer queries over Email and Calls 

•Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

•Any candidate Fresher or more than six months BPO voice process would be considered.

•Day Shift Timming Only

•Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.

•Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems

•Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.
