โขProven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.
โขProven ability to follow up already existing procedure with high attention to detail.
โขProficient in English, both verbal and written.

โข2 plus years of Contact Center, Customer Service, Human Resources or equivalent experience.

โขPrior experience working with Sales Force or similar programs.
