•Manage various incoming calls, chat and emails from customers regularly.

•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through an open communication

•Provide right & complete information to improve customer satisfaction .

•Maintain records of every customer interaction and forward to further concerned team member whenever necessary.

•Respond to customers and completely own customer escalations.

⭕Job Skills and Requirements:

•Have Proven experience in a customer support role

•Have experience in both voice and non-voice processes (email, SMS, chat)

•Track record of over-achieving performance

•Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.

•Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

•Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

•Must be fluent in English & Hindi

You have worked in a B2C tech startup

•Brownie points if you are open to working in night shifts and/or rotational day shifts
