•You have to Train the New candidates joining all the Swiggy partners on Soft Skills and communication 

•Build a culture of learning 

•Take refresher sessions based on TNI 

•Bottom Quartile management 

•On job training support 

•Participate in calibrations 

•Report the training progress to your Head

•Create the content as and whenever required 

•Manage the OSPs aligned

⭕ Job Skills & Requirements:

•Must have Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills

•Proven work experience as a Soft Skills will be good

•Trainer/Communication Trainer (1-5 years)

•Good typing speed and excellent accuracy 

•Identifying the training needs

•Sharp eye for detail

•Be assertive and stand your ground

•Confident and able to challenge the status quo

•Ability to meet deadlines and has efficient time management 

•Prepared to work in rotational shifts

•Able to perform the multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision

•Be empathetic and patient with customers and impart the same skills to the CSRs

•Ready to work from  office on all days of the week

•Vendor Management skills

•Stakeholder Management skills
