5:- Provide hardware, software or network problem resolutions via telephone, e-mail or chat for HCLTechs global customers.

6:- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.

⭕ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE:- 

1:- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

2:- Overseeing the customer service process.

3:- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

4:- Creating policies and procedures.

5:- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

6:- Selecting and hiring new staff.

7:- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.

1:- Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.

2:- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

4:- Escalating customer feedback as required.

5:- Ability to understand the issue and route to appropriate team.
