•Strictly stick to and remain conversant & compliant to set up the standard operating procedures as per the Government, DGCA and in Company Manuals. 

• Maintain the current knowledge of rules and regulations and standard procedures for the operations of the aircraft. 

• Strict adherence to company grooming & turn out standards. Be responsible and present a professional image whilst on duty .

•Responsible for the validity of mandatory and regulatory trainings & documents and, their timely issue, renewal and extension.

• Ensure that the service delivery is efficiently organized and consistently delivered by crew to meet and exceed customer expectations. 

•Ensure On-Time Performance is maintained..

⭕  Requirements:

•Fluent English verbal and written comprehension; another language is an additional benefit .

•Minimum height is 161 cm 

•No tattoos or body piercing would be visible whilst wearing the Etihad uniform 

•Must have No criminal record 

•Excellent personal presentation, style and image 

•Willing to serve alcohol, including during the holy month of Ramadan 

•Willing to comply with UAE and GCAA visa requirements 

•Confident in water and be able to swim with the aid of a flotation device
