👷Job Position:- Logistics Associate

💢Company : Hailify

💢 Qualifications: Any Graduate / Bachelor Degree 

🥼Experience:- 0-2  Years of experience

🌐Location :  Work From Home  ( Pan India)

💰Salary: 247-340 INR per hour ($3 - $4.50) (commensurate with experience)

⭕Age Limit:  Minimum Age Should be 18 Years old,There is no upper age limit mentioned.

⭕Work Hours and Benefits: This is a 40 hour per week, full time role. Hailify’s logistics associates work either one of two shifts:

(Night) 1st shift is from 5:30pm-1:30am IST (8am-4pm EST)

(Overnight) 2nd shift is from 10:30pm-6:30am IST (1pm-9pm EST)

⭕Job Description:

•Respond and resolve the customer service issues within deadline 

•Dispatch orders to our fleets and drivers

Troubleshoot issues with drivers

•Communicate with merchants on issues regarding their orders and explained about the delay and other issues and solutions.

•Admin duties related to partner management.

•Respond to all incoming messages from Zendesk.

•Answer phone calls.

•Log any incidents in call/incident log.

⭕Skills and Requirements:

•Strong communication skills (ability to talk on the phone without hesitation)

•Problem solving skills

•Positive attitude

•Creative / out-of-the-box thinking

•Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
