•Identifying and executing on opportunities to positively influence the talents /Recruitess flow across all channels.

•Keep our ATS , Application tracking system up to date with activities to make sure  data integrity and efficient pipeline management.

•Represent our brand and use creativity when communicating with candidates , customer,and prospects.

•Review and evaluate talent at the top of the funnel and make data informed recommendations on next steps.

•Report out on pipeline data as needed with recommendations to your Recruiting Partner and Hiring Team.

⭕Skils and Requirements:

•Excellent organizational skills and systems thinking skills

•Ability to use marketing and sales techniques to build up the diverse pipelines.

•Creative thinking and execution of thinks by having a voice with the go-to-market strategy and marketing strategy for open roles.

•Ability to run and manage an end-to-end hiring experience if needed, from initiation to close.

•Ability to succeed in a high volume and high velocity role.
