•Running Male :

1.5 Kilometer in 6 Minutes

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mtr in 100 secs


•Running Female :

1.5 Kilometer in 8 Minutes 26 Second

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mtr in 3 min 45 secs (225 secs)

•Chest : 81.5-86 CMS
