โขAnswers all the inbound customer calls and/or transforms information from any customer service channel into the ticket company system.
โขChecks to ensure the reported incidents are covered by contract and that all caller information, including address details, are correct โ retrieves customer on cost if no contract exists.
โขEngages with customers to further understand reported issues and provide them guidance, according to the solution tree and knowledge base protocol, to diagnose and solve incidents (i.e., password resets, software configuration, etc.).
โขUses remote tools to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical glitches
โขWhen resolution is not done, then escalates issues according to established procedure and informs customer of next steps.
โญSkills and Requirements:
โขNative Speaker quality in required local language/primary language.
โขShould Have Good English language skills .
โขPC literacy, especially usage of Microsoft Office package .
โขWillingness to work in different shift models, based on customer requirements Industry Know how to preferred.
โขStrength in communication, teamwork, processes and customer orientation, especially friendly and kind behavior on the phone.
