•Identify and assessment of customers needs to achieve satisfaction of customers 

•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.

•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

⭕ Skills and Requirements 

•Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills

•Computer skills.

•HS Passed

•Language - English & Hindi with Telugu or Kannada.

•Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per requirement
