⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities:-
•Assist with analysis and preparation of information to support the Group team and colleague e.g., Material Risk Taker, Compensation data for internal requirements and external reporting, Emoluments.
•Monitoring team mailboxes and MS teams channels and respond to the process related queries.
•Consolidate data from regional/business submissions, data analysis and manipulation, report generation, MI production to meet operational or regulatory report submissions.
•To prepare the compensation data based on requests received from management and regulators on all aspects of reward as required.
⭕ Job Skills and Requirements :
•High proficiency/capability in Microsoft Excel, including advanced experience with formulas, large data set analysis and graphs.
•Ability to analyze and develop recommendations to give the customer based on data observed.
•Proficiency with Employee Central and People Insights reporting.
•Detail-oriented.
•Well-developed management, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
