•Regular communication with the top users, collecting feedbacks, and suggesting ways for them to drive more engagement with their contents 

•Communicate with Chatroom audience and hosts about on-going events, recharge offers, rewards, and internal programs through various channels

⭕Skills and Requirements:

•Language Proficiency - You should be able to read, write, and speak well in Kannada or Telugu and English

•Deep passion for the online creator landscape and/or experience as a ShareChat creator, with a passion for finding, developing and managing ShareChat creators. 

•Previous experience in managing the online community relations, marketing, sales is a plus 

•Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheet) and MS Word (or Google Doc)

•Strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet the target within deadline 

•Deep interest in the local culture, trends and pop culture
