•Participate in setting business objectives and work with a cross-functional team to meet and exceed objectives.

•Understand customer needs, limitations and the ecosystems within which they operate, and which therefore influence business decisions.

•Develop program plans and execute against them, monitor business performance against the plans.

•Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to explain initiatives, gain approval, and see these initiatives to completion.

•Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness about business plans and articulate compelling value propositions around these efforts.
