•Collection and verification of confidential client data via publicly available and internal sources.

•Compare and contrast differences within KYC records, highlight and escalate any discrepancies.

•Engaging with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline.

•Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality).

⭕Skills Required For Onboarding:-

•Demonstrated problem solving ability through interaction with internal and business partners.

•Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Communication is paramount.

•Ability to independently manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.

⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities for Onboarding:-

•Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements.

•Exhibit ownership of on-boarding experience and client satisfaction Ownership of internal.

•Ownership of internal communication and status updates.

•Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution.

•Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements.

•Field incoming inquiries from the product/segment classified client channels, such as ‘800’-telephone number; fax; email; mail as it relates to Treasury Services related products. Inquiries normally fielded by the Solutions Center staff.

•Clients unable to apply debit/credit posted to their account; Beneficiary bank unable to apply funds.

•Wire inquiries including case investigation and follow-ups.
