⭕About NIA Recruitment:

National Institute of Ayurveda, Deemed to be University (De novo) is an apex autonomous Institute under the aegis of Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. NIA was conferred the Deemed to be University status under De novo category and was dedicated to the Nation by the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi on 13th Novemeber 2020 (…Ayurveda Day). NIA is the first Central Government funded Institute to be declared as Deemed to be University in the field of Ayush. This feather in cap achievement came as a recognition of NIA having 175 years of legacy and for promoting the growth and development of Ayurveda as a model Institute with highes standards of Teaching, Training, Research, and Patient Care with a scientific outlook to the knowledge of Ayurvedic System of Healthcare.

⏭️Posts & Eligibility:

1. RADIOLOGIST – 1 Post (Un-Reserved)

Essential Qualifications:

M.D. in Radiology from a recognized University. 

OR 

M.D.(Ayurved) in Vikiran Vigyan as Thesis Topic. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500) + NPA 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 40 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications. 

2. BIO-CHEMIST – 1 Post (Un-Reserved)

Essential Qualifications:

1. M.Sc. and Ph.D in Bio-Chemistry from a recognized University. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500) 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 40 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications. 

3. CLINICAL REGISTRAR (Kayachikitsa) – 1 Post (Tenure Post for 3 Years)

Essential Qualifications:

MD(Ayurveda) in the Subject of Kayachikitsa from a recognized University and duly recognized 

by CCIM. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500) + NPA 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 40 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications. 

 

4. JUNIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT – 2 Posts (1 SC ,1 UR )

Essential Qualifications:

1. Pass in 12th Standard from a Central/State Board of Education. 

2. Typing Speed of 35 words per minute in English/30 words per minute in Hindi Corresponding 

to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH, respectively, on an average of 5 Key Depressions for each word on 

Computer. 

3. Knowledge in Computer like MS Word, MS Excell, Power Point Presentations, Internet etc. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200) 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 27 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications. 

5. PHARMACIST – 2 Posts (1 OBC, 1 UR)

Essential Qualification:

1. Pass in 12th Standard from a State/Central Board of Education. 

2. Diploma in Ayush Nursing and Pharmacy of not less than 3 years duration including Internship 

from recognized University. 

 OR 

B. Pharma(Ayurveda) from a recognized University. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level-5 Rs. 29,200-92,300 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 30 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications.

6.NURSING OFFICER - 2 POST ( UR)

•Bsc Nursing

•Pay Scale: Pay Level-7 Rs. 44,900-1,42,400 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 30 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications. 

8. MULTI-TASKING STAFF (MTS) – 18 Posts (ST-2, OBC-4, EX-SERVICEMEN-5, EWS-2, 

Un-Reserved-5)

Essential Qualification:

Pass in 10th Standard from Central/State Board of Education. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level-1 Rs. 18,000-56,900 

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 25 Years as on the Closing Date of Applications. 

9. ACCOUNTS OFFICER – 1 Post (On Deputation)

•Essential Qualifications: Relevant Degree with Experience 

•Pay Scale: Pay Level-7 Rs. 44,900-1,42,400 

•Maximum Age: The Maximum Age limit for Deputation shall not exceeding 56 Years as on 

 the Closing Date of Applications.
