•Develop the basic understanding of the publishing business and demonstrate project management skills, make ensuring the ownership and successful completion of tasks and projects.

•Collaborate with the various teams within the organization, demonstrating the problem-solution  and a strong understanding of overall operations.

•Work with data to drive content acquisition decisions and strategies.

•Identify and acquire content that resonates with the Kuku FM target audience, keeping a close eye on content trends and regional content.

•Possess a basic understanding of new media and its potential for integration into our existing content library of the kuku fm.

•Conduct research to understand the preferences of existing and prospective target groups from a content consumption perspective.

⭕Skills & Requirements:

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Knowledge of the industry, with an understanding of the Broadcast and OTT platforms 

•Awareness of the  various online content types, including movies, music, TV serials, and web series.

•Familiarity with content trends and regional content, trending research.

•A proactive, results-driven approach to work and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
