•Perform refresher sessions and provide updates.

•Strong in documentation and email etiquette

•Calibrations of audits with internal teams

•Asses the team performance and provide trend analysis on the problem areas.

•Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement.

•Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.

•Maintain and update business knowledge through required trainings and incorporating industry best practices.

•Proactive gap analysis to enhance the training quality and delivery.

•Working knowledge on MS office applications like Excel and Power point
