- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Deal with the customer queries + issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner

-Active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office - World, MS Excel.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters smoothly.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
