•Handling customer inquiries and complaints and providing solutions in a timely manner. 

•Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of policies and transactions.

•Maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients and encouraging repeat business.

•Communication skills: Insurance Advisors need excellent communication skills .

•Customer service skills: A key part of the role of an Insurance Advisor is providing excellent customer service to clients.

•Sales skills: As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting insurance products, and closing sales.
