•Answer incoming phone calls from security guards and ensure that each call is handled in a timely and professional manner with right reply 

•Document  the details of each call, including caller information, reason for call, and any actions taken.

•Address questions related to schedules, clock-in details, post orders, and other job-related inquiries.

•Handle  various payroll inquiries, including addressing concerns about missing or incorrect payment to customer.

•Employ de-escalation techniques when faced with frustrated or irate callers.

•Escalate calls when necessary, according to company guidelines.

•Provide feedback to the management team  on recurrent issues or areas of improvement.

•Update and maintain records related to phone interactions..

⭕Skills and Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.

•MUST have previous Experience in Fluently communicating with US Based •Citizens

•Strong verbal communication skills.

•Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

•Proficiency with basic computer operating and software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
