∆ 3-5 Years experience in the Customer Service, Operations, and/or Sales.

∆ Ability to work on complex/multiple tasks under tight timelines.

∆ Enjoys working with customers.

∆ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other enterprise level.

∆ Customer Service Tools a plus.

∆ High attention to detail.

∆ Proficiency in MS-Excel a plus.

⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities for Customer Success Associate:- 

∆ Communicating with clients and providing suggestions.

∆ Uploading designs into various portals for approval.

∆ Checking on timelines and licensing related questions (internally and externally) to ensure Licensing Approvals are meeting their SLAs.

∆ Improving the licensing experience for clients, colleges, and internal teams.

∆ Data entry and maintaining to ensure we can support our large number of clients and licenses.

∆ Cross-departmental collaboration identifying and resolving bottlenecks. 

∆ Analyze trends in Licensing OKRs to implement data-driven solutions to meet Line of Business goals at Greek House.

∆ Process improvement to make the licensing process more efficient.
