✓ Customer Service Executive:

1. Help customers effectively and quickly, being polite and prompt when answering questions or addressing issues

2. Follow communication rules closely and consistently

3. Make sure clients are happy by listening to and meeting their needs

4. Resolve queries via chats and calls

✓ Relationship Manager:

1. Create positive relationships with astrologers to assist them in maintaining customer engagement

2. Analyze account patterns among astrologers to consistently enhance client

retention

3. Help astrologers with their questions and suggest ways to make customers happier, encouraging their loyalty

4. Share ideas on how to make customers genuinely interested in our services and

keep coming back
