⭕Roles and Responsibilities : 

•To Perform Secondary sales revenue generation through specifiers (i.e Architects &

Interior Designers) and end users to support your assigned Philips Smart Light Hub.

• Cold calling to identify new projects/construction in the assigned territory to generate leads.

• Relationship Management with specifiers (i.e) Architects & Interior Designers

• Manage end-to-end sales conversion by frequent follow-ups and provide lighting

solutions to the customers.

• Usage of Field Assist Mobile App and capture the new leads, new accounts, and

secondary sales daily.

• To Manage sales growth of the assigned Smart Light Hub in the territory.

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

• Any Undergraduate, MBA will have added advantage. Fresher or min 2 years of relevant

sales experience.

Payroll: The employee will work for the brand Philips and will be under the payroll of a third-party consultancy Randstad India Pvt. Ltd authorized Signify Innovation India Ltd

•A rich prior workplace experience like working in startups or a challenging profile will be preferred.

•Diligence and sincerity - meeting the client deliverables on time without fail will be an important qualifier.

•Effective communication - ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to get work done.

•Adaptable nature, willingness and ability to deliver as per the shifting requirements of our clients.
