•Screening of the  candidates based on resource managers given job description, relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.

•Regular follow up from first Contact till the offer letter is extending to the candidate.

•Reference check for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance.

•Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interviews.

•Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, checking references, and updating job boards

•Flexible & Aggressive

•Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).

•Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment

•Have a knack for learning and staying up to date with new technologies
