✓ Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring that all data and calculations are error-free.

✓ Budgeting and Forecasting: Expertise in developing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

✓ Financial Reporting: Experience in preparing comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

✓ Variance Analysis: Ability to conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against budgeted or forecasted figures, identifying key drivers of differences.

⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities for Financial Advisor:- 

✓ Willingness to learn the business and use that knowledge to identify variances in operational and financial performance and research root cause with your operations partners and other teams.

✓ Responsible for communicating financial and business results, future risks and opportunities to their manager. Participate in communicating results to the Finance team.

✓ Ability to understand financial goals and targets. Leverage your skills with the help of your manager to ensure the variance between actual operational and financial results are within those goals and targets.

✓ Works with their manager and business leaders to strategize and model operational delivery that drives improvement in the business to achieve targeted results.

✓ Ability to prioritize work, plan ahead, and manage timelines with their manager to meet or exceed deadlines. Ability to communicate status of work, projects, and ad hoc efforts in a timely fashion both written and verbally.

✓ Learn to work in a matrixed organization where you will work with peers that are at, below, and above your role and/or skill set.

✓ Responsible for maintaining and implementing Excel based complex forecasting models to help predict and model company revenue and expense by client and line of business.

✓ Willingness to take an Excel based modeling test as part of the application process.
