•Ensure the culture budget, ensure both budgets are being accurately tracked and all expenses are being processed on time and within policy.

•Manage all the budget inquiries and ensure the budgets are being used fiscally responsible across the organization.

•Own the Company Intranet; including maintaining up to date materials with a focus on employee experience and self service awareness, and engaging each department to manage accuracy.

• Manage shipment of reward redemptions from our company recognition platform, including company swag orders.

•Maintain Intranet and other online resources carefully.

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•You’re highly adept in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other communication technologies.

•You enjoy connecting with people and bringing teams together. 

•You maintain a high level of confidentiality.

•You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence, and exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
