⭕ Job Roles and Responsibilities:

 •  Handling the incoming calls and Outbound calls

 • Helping and solve queries of customers 

 • Control the quality of the work of the staff of the Contact Center

 • Translation of various texts 

 • Training and hiring new call center operators 

 • Supervise work and monitor the activities of contact center operators

 • Control the compliance of contact center operators with production discipline

 • Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback

 • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivate

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•Competent verbal and written communication Skills 

 • Fluent language skills on demand.

 • Knowledge of English, Hindi (fluent)

 • Tamil/Marathi/Bengali/Nepali (optional, will be a plus)

 • PC knowledge at the confident user level

 • Willingness to travel.
