โขContribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and help documentation for customer self-service.

โขFamiliarity with CRM systems and support tools.
โขSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud) are a plus.
โขPrior experience in software support or technical troubleshooting is advantageous
