⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities for Real Time Analyst:- 

✓ You will be managing several call queues in real time in this role.

✓ To make sure scheduled coverage is provided at the interval level, keep an eye on staffing levels at each site.

✓ Oversee a variety of in-the-moment KPIs, including: After Call, Average Handle Time, Average Speed of Answer, Occupancy, and Schedule Adherence. Work with a matrix with predetermined cutoff points.

✓ Manage outages and crises (Encouraging communication between site management and IT workers).

✓ Oversee the daily, weekly, monthly, and interval plan targets.

✓ Deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to the teams responsible for client and results management.

✓ operate as Results' primary point of contact with our Client Partners.

✓ Lead Local Resource Planners (LRPs) in real time as they help the company manage its intraday staffing needs.
