• Delivery of accurate and timely reporting

•    Performance and People Management : Ensure the all deliverables are intact and people issues are being dealt with appropriately 

•    Efficiency building with a view to ensure that we are working optimally 

•    Ensuring that all  the controls work effectively .

•    Document all the controls and ensure that the controls repository stays current 

•    Develop MI reporting to match latest ORAC outputs

•    Enhance the current reporting MI where feasible, through the creation of new and enhanced templates

•    Ensure a consistency in approach to MI reporting across the TC01 controls landscape

•    Produce meaningful data analysis to support control automation and accurate MI within Wholesale Onboarding & Financial Crime Operation

 

•    Able to apply problem solving and understand the concept of continuous improvement.

•    Will have previously worked in an environment that has enabled them to gain a broad understanding of Financial Services.

•    Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and uncertainty where required

🔴 Responsibilities for KYC Analyst 🔴

•    Provide dedicated and robust specialist KYC expertise for the Standard KYC Refresh process 

   

•    Use a detailed and thorough understanding of the Corporate Bank’s KYC policy & requirements to collect and analyse KYC information .

•    Use expert KYC knowledge to analyse KYC information for a broad range of Corporate Clients, including a wide variety of specialist industry sectors and various unique/bespoke projects.

•    Take responsibility for maintaining a high standard of accurate, up-to date client information .

•    Use strong problem solving and team working skills 

⭕Skills and Requirements:

•Experience in data visualisation through the use of Tableau 

•    Able to apply problem solving and understand the concept of continuous improvement.

•    Will have previously worked in an environment that has enabled them to gain a broad understanding of Financial Services.

•    Track record in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related scientific disciplines.

•    Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and uncertainty where required
