Job Roles and Responsibilities-

•Acquiring business through existing clientele, open market, balance transfers, and top-ups.

Validating KYC and property documentation.

•Conducting field verification for both property and business aspects.

•Coordinating with internal departments (Operations, Credit, and Legal Technical) until loan disbursement.

•Meeting monthly targets for loan applications and disbursements.

•Ensuring strict adherence to processes, compliance, and policies.

•Minimum 1+ years of pertinent experience in LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Home Loan), SME (Small and Medium Enterprise), or Secured Loan Sales domain, specifically with Banks or NBFCs.

•Proficient in managing diverse stakeholders such as Credit, Legal, Operations, Technical, and Customer relations.

•Demonstrated history of successfully achieving sales targets.

•Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.

•Capable of handling and interpreting extensive datasets.

•Demonstrated teamwork ability in a dynamic environment in office
