•Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment

•Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing

•Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution

•Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department

•Collaborating with other teams across different locations

⭕ Skills ans Requirements:

•Fluency in English

•Previous experience within Quality Support

•A proven track record of positive evaluations

•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides
