Counseling prospective students through voice calls or video conferencing platforms.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA -

1. Person should have good communication skills (Verbal & Written) and must be comfortable with English and Hindi language.

2. Good PC skills, data entry skills and Telephone etiquettes.

3. We welcome candidates who are multilingual.

4. Candidates who speak regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Odiya, Assamese, Maithili are also welcome to apply.

5. Candidates should be interested in mentoring and guiding students.

6. Graduation in any specialization 

7. 0-5 years of counselling experience in the education industry or working in a BPO set up in voice process (Outbound / Inbound).

⭕ MODE OF WORK :.

1. Flexibility to work from campus / home in rotational shifts or regular shift from 9 AM to 5 PM.

2. If the candidate is working from home, he / she may need to visit the campus initially for the training activity or for any other purpose as per the requirement of the university.

3. Should possess a PC or a Laptop.

4. Must have an Internet Connection.
