โญ Roles and Responsibilities For the Advarra Customer Support Specialist:
โขConnect Customer contact, mainly email and web tickets.
โขAnswer inbound phone calls and contact customers to resolve queries
โขRecord Document information in ticketing systems and provide the customer with information and updates.
โขProblem determination - you will have access to knowledge databases and various tools to find the source of the problem you are faced with.
โขFollow quality guidelines to ensure customer service is delivered at a standard and matches the right quality of the Longboat brand.
โขWork closely with the Project Managers and team to set up the individual portals at project set-up by adding documents, users etc.
โขControl all user access to the portals .
โขProvide customer training of the Longboat portal.
โขUpdate and maintain customer support process documents and Standard operating procedure
โขAssist with the training and mentoring of new hires.
