•Loan Operations: Review various loan applications for borrowers applying for their loans, verity details and prevent fraud.
•Product: Escalate customer feedback and technical bugs to improve quality of our products
•General: Various administrative projects as needed
⭕ Skills and Requirements:
•0-4 years of previous job experience in relevant business operations
•Passionate about our mission and our customers support
•Highly entrepreneurial and proactive
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written communication
•Strong attention to detail and approach
•Strong Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of excel software preferred
• Ideal candidates will be extremely flexible with scheduling e.g. willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays in lieu of week offs on weekdays
