⭕ Job Roles and Responsibilities:

•Make Partnership with the Recruiting Team of the client by proactively sourcing .

· Generate candidate interest through creative strategies (Email blasts, LinkedIn Mail, Connection invites, Job Postings, and etc.) to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened, in order to support current needs, as well as the future business growth.

· Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level and timing through phone calls and emails.

· Coordinate with clients and candidates through interview schedules on behalf of team members.

· Source and maintain contact information of active pipeline.

· Identify and implement the new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates and clients.

· Maintain and update Application tracking system (Dynamics), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records.

· Ad-hoc administrative duties

⭕ Skills and Requirements

•Excellent communication with US accent and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage excillently  with candidates and stakeholders.

• strong understanding of the US job and its market.

•Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.

•Proficiency in using ATS specifically Breezy HR, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and the like.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and work at some time 

•Team player with a strong work ethic .

Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
