⭕Job profile & Responsibilities of Associate Manager (Acquisition):- 

✓ Acquisition of NTB Savings account customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area.

✓ Ensure acquisition of high quality savings accounts in terms of product mix, segments and construction mix.

✓ Proactive registration and activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels.

✓ Meet and exceed the define targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer. 

⭕Job profile & Responsibilities of Area Debt Manager:- 

✓ Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been assigned.

✓ Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area. 

✓ Track and control the delinquency of the area.

✓ Responsible to allocate and achieve targets from agencies/ in-house team.

✓ Regularly follow up with the default customers.

✓ Ensuring adherence to the collection process.
