Customer Relationship Management:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients ,wholesalers, distributors, and retailers 

•Act as the first contact for assigned accounts, addressing various inquiries and providing

Sales Planning and Execution:

•Create and carry out different sales strategies to meet sales  goals, track sales performance indicators, and examine data to spot patterns.

•Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop promotional strategies, pricing policies, and trade incentives to drive sales growth

Channel Management:

•Monitor and manage inventory levels at wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to prevent stockouts and minimize waste in work of the stocks

Market Intelligence:

•Be Stay updated always on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to informtg  sales and marketing strategies

Reporting and Analysis:

•You have to Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses of their accounts

Preferred candidate profile

•FMCG background and worked in sales in spice category will be preferred 

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•1  years of previous job experience in relevant general trade

•Passionate about our mission and our customers support 

•Highly entrepreneurial and proactive

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written communication 

•Strong attention to detail and approach 

• Ideal candidates will be extremely flexible with scheduling e.g. willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays in lieu of week offs on weekdays
