•Act as a mentor & guider and being a source of career advice for potential learners.

•Counseling learners , offering career advice to students' 

•Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of our CCBP 4.0 Programs.

•Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads. 

•On Phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category , you will be responsible for this.

•Maintain the  detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provie regular feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.

•Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

⭕ Responsibilities For Customer Success Executive:

•Ensure the service level adherence to provide a seamless learning experience .

•Handle escalations and complex queries.

•Manage large amounts of Emails/Voice calls.

•Provide support in resolving learners' issues via Voice Call / Email.

•Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

•Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.

•Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

•Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
