•Perform QC Web updates per help desk requests

•Submit requests to detach and/or attach global standard optional or custom routines

Provide an on-going resource for OBT and QCE implementation projects

•Quality Control Web account creation for project implementations

⭕ Skills Requirement for Business Analyst:

•Previous experience in the travel industry.

•Extensive knowledge of Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS systems

•Strong hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process

•Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

•Strong problem-solving, verbal, written, and customer service skills

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products 

•Good command of the English language
