• Increase RM participation and activation. 

 

•Identify customers for upsell and Cross-sell opportunities to achieve set business plan

Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the clients to understand requirements and fulfill insurance needs. 

• Conduct periodic reviews with banks officials to drive business numbers and address any concerns which may be hampering business .

• Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decision.
