•Maintain & update crew leave cards.

•Maintain & update crew personal files. Filing documents in personal files daily.

•Maintain & update crew address & contact details and send data to rostering / transport & HR.

•Keep a tracker of AEPs, NOC for AEPs, periodic medicals – follow up with crew for timely submission of the relevant documents.

•Maintain fixed asset inventory.

Follow up with HR for transfer letters / confirmation letters / contract extension letters etc.

•Housekeeping & maintenance of office cupboards, keys, etc.

•To work on special assignments as & when required.

•Keep record / tracker of crew uniform & accessories issued.

•Maintain record of stationery items at base and raise indent for required stationery.

•Keep record & follow up for petty cash vouchers (related to transport reimbursement, etc).
