⭕ JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
•Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
•Screen potential CM candidates.
•Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
•Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
•Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
•Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
⭕ SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Fluency in English is a must criteria
•Great interpersonal and people skills
•LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred
•Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred
•Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
Self-motivated and excited to work on different project
⭕Compensation & Benefits
•First 3 Months- $200 (Base pay- $150 and NSA $50)
•PPO after 3 months: $600 per month + $80 NSA
•Internship Period: 3 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance
•Recommendation letter after completion of 3 month internship period

Fresh Prints provides custom apparel and promotional products to Student Groups, Greek Organizations, University Administrations, Intramural Teams, and Individuals with localized sales managers and a growing network of referrals.
